Meet Bryan Bautista
Bryan is a third- generation farmer who took over his family’s farm after university. His family has been dedicated to coffee farming for several generations, spanning over 50 years of production. The farm is roughly 26 hectares of active cultivation, including 1 hectare that’s protected forest. This protected land preserves a natural source of clean water. Bryan himself is a master of coffee processing and chooses how to process his coffee on a lot-by-lot basis.
When not on the farm, Bryan enjoys being on the soccer pitch. He’s played his whole life, including his time at university. Now he owns his own soccer team to give kids access to the sport he loves.
