Subscription FAQ’s

When will you ship my subscription order?

– We’ll ship your initial order within 1 business day of receiving your order. Future orders will be automatically created each month thereafter for the same day of the month.

Do the prices include shipping?

– Shipping is not included in the price of the subscription. Our standard, $9.50 flat rate shipping is applied to all orders. Your subscription can be for any number of bags without changing the shipping cost.

Can I make changes after signing up?

– Yes, but not on your own. If you want to change the desired quantity of your monthly shipment or switch to a different coffee, let us know by emailing and we’ll be happy to make the change for you. Alternatively, you can cancel your current subscription and sign up for a new one with the desired changes when you’re ready for your next order.

I’m drowning in coffee! Can I pause my subscription?

– Absolutely! Go to My Account > Subscriptions and click “Suspend”. Resume the subscription whenever you’re ready.

Can I purchase a subscription upfront for more than one month, such as a yearlong subscription?

– Not at this time. We’ll update if this changes in the future. If this is something you’re interested in, let us know!
