Subscription FAQ’s

When will you ship my subscription order?

– We’ll ship your initial order within 1 business day of receiving your order. Future orders will be automatically created each month thereafter for the same day of the month.

Do the orders have to be monthly? Are there other options?

– Yes! All subscriptions start out with a default frequency of once per month. Once purchased, go to My Account > Subscriptions and select the subscription order you wish to change. Next, choose “Change frequency” to edit. Additional options include every 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks.

Do the prices include shipping?

– Shipping is not included in the price of the subscription. Our standard, $8.50 flat rate shipping is applied to all orders. Your subscription can be for any number of bags without changing the shipping cost.

Can I make changes after signing up?

– Yes. Go to go to My Account > Subscriptions and select the subscription order you wish to edit. Once selected, you’ll see options to add new products, change quantities, or “switch item” to change the package size and/or grind setting of an existing subscription. If you need assistance with making changes to your account, email us at info@dynamiteroasting.com and we’ll be happy to assist. Last, you can also cancel your current subscription and sign up for a new one with the desired changes when you’re ready for your next order. *Tip* When adding new products to your subscription order, you’ll have options for both the regular, non-recurring items (one-time add on) OR the subscription version of the coffee that will then become part of your reoccurring subscription order.

I’m drowning in coffee! Can I pause my subscription?

– Absolutely! Go to My Account > Subscriptions and click “Suspend”. Resume the subscription whenever you’re ready.

I’m running short on coffee this month. Can I get my next order early?

– Yep! If you’d like to bump up the reoccurring date of your subscription, Go to go to My Account > Subscriptions and select the subscription order you wish to edit. Once opened, select “Change payment date”.

Can I purchase a subscription upfront for more than one month, such as a yearlong subscription?

– Not at this time. We’ll update if this changes in the future. If this is something you’re interested in, let us know!
