All orders will usually ship within 48 hours from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail estimates their package arrival 2-5 business days after the item is shipped, however this is not a guaranteed delivery time. If your order is time sensitive and you want to ensure your coffee arrives by a specific date, please contact us at 828.581.0096 and we will help determine the best shipping options available.
We can ship coffee internationally. We are not set up to do international shipments online, but we can process your order over the phone. Please call 828.581.0096 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept payment via VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Transactions appear on your statement as “Dynamite Roasting Co.”

We do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, we would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and are quite willing to resolve problems should they arise.
